  It is a contract-type facility.

  If there is no reply after booking  There is a case to cancel from the host.
   契約式の施設です。

　予約後に返信が無い、連絡が繋がらない場合はホストからキャンセルする場合があります。

​　　　　　Check-in is until 22:00.チェックインは22時迄です。　

  Identification of passport etc. will be confirmed on the day.

 Signature will be asked at the start of the staying day.

 パスポート等の本人確認も当日に確認させていただきます。

 宿泊当日にサインをしてもらいます。
 日本の方は運転免許証の呈示をして下さい。

  if you all are under 18years, you shall need the copy of your parent's         identification and his or her phone number. 
  18歳未満のみ宿泊する場合は親の身分証明コピー呈示・親の電話番号が必要です。 
 In case of cancellation midway due to circumstances of the lessee, refund is   not possible
 借主の都合で中途解約する場合、返金はできません。

 people who are not contracts can be inside until 22:00.

  契約者以外のご利用は22：00までとなります。

 The guest will be contacted if check-in time　is possible early.

 チェックイン時間が早めに可能な場合は、ゲスト様に連絡します。  1-2 days ago

 
  After check-in, We have no curfew. When going out please use　number   key.Please care about the neighbors at Night. 

 We have one toilet, bath, dressing room, the kitchen.It is exclusive.

 チェックイン後、門限なし。外出する場合は番号式の鍵で出入りします。
 外出しない場合の玄関鍵はドア本体の鍵でロックして下さい。
 夜間の出入りは近隣、宿泊者の配慮を願います。

 トイレ１ヶ所、お風呂、脱衣所、台所は 専用です。

 please understand that the soundproof of this building is not so great.

 当ハウスの防音機能は万全ではございませんので、ご了承下さい。

 Smoking inside house is only permitted near ventilation in kitchen. Be sure   to smoke near that and opeate ventilation at least 15 minutes. In   addition, There is one ashtray.
 屋内での喫煙は台所の換気扇を15分位付け、必ずその前で吸って下さい。灰皿は１つあります。 

      About luggage storage お荷物預かりについて
 If you want us to keep the luggage before check in, here is the place for the   luggage. 
 It is different from guest house where you stay.
 we cannot keep luggage in guest house
 3 miniutes from Midoribashi station Exit 4
 we send the adress to only persons who wishes after booking.
 you can leave luggage here after check out till 10 pm. 
 if you want to leave luggage before luggage, please come 12am .
 A hazardous material and smelling material are unacceptable.
 we are not resposible for theft, losses and injury.　 日本の方は現地にてご説明します。
 2． Luggage storage at the facility is OK until 16:00 after checkout. 

　　施設での荷物預かりは、チェックアウト後16時迄OK.
